Seems the latest binary was corrupted upon upload either by Sourceforge or when being mirrored ...
A Big Thanks to Mondy for giving me the notice, have re-uploaded and independently tested the download on another machine.

The installer appears to set a directory name "(Default)" for the location where it places the uninstall shortcut. Thanks.
