Build 1387 Snapshot

EEPey AO goodness

So this is one request that is not my usual thing but considering that it potentially means less scripted attachments then what the heck! So Build 1387 includes the client side AO originally from Firestorm.

As you can well expect shoehorning it into 6.4.1 code was fraught with issues, anyway on top of this feature the client now has all the upstream patches I could sensibly select, from diverse branches 501,508,510 and anything in-between

All in all this is looking quite tidy, my attention will probably turn towards more traditional themes with some attention heading towards the render and camera.
